Key Responsibilities:
Establish KPIs for supply chain partners; drive accountability.
Implement risk management strategies for supply chain and project execution.
Report regularly to senior leadership on project and partnership performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years in supply chain management, preferably in data center or industrial modular solutions including a track record of driving supplier transformations.
Expertise: Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and lean manufacturing.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP or similar certification preferred)
Leadership: Ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels internally and externally.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modular data center design and construction processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with global suppliers and system integrators.
Knowledge of prefabricated manufacturing and logistics.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
A proactive and self-motivated person who anticipates needs, with a well-organized, disciplined work style.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% domestic travel for supplier visits, project oversight and partner meetings.
