Description of the Department/Project:

What will you do?
RFQ Analysis: Evaluate low to medium complexity RFQs, analyze requirements, and create proposal based on the appropriate Schneider Electric products and solutions.
Requirement Review: Analyze and clarify customer specifications to define the most suitable solution, working closely with technical and sales teams.
Technical Solution: propose technical configuration, sizing, and cost estimation for proposed solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial lead to understand opportunity requirements, scope, specifications, and needs, developing the customer request into a Schneider Electric offer that meets requirements in the most cost-effective manner.
Techno-Commercial Proposals: Build proposals using standard tools and processes, integrating validated data provided by technical and commercial support functions.
Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost analyses based on market competitiveness and value proposition.
Communication: Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the process (Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing) to obtain an optimized offer solution.

If you are:
Fresh graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering degrees.
Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Portuguese will be a plus.
Open minded, proactive behavior, innovative.
Good communication and influence skills.
Good social skills and strong teamwork spirit.
Digital Skills and Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power Automate, etc.
