Industrial Project Lead

Projects, manage, follow up and control the progress of projects as well as Gate Review,

• Provide communication and link during manufacturing of order between customer and unit, between sales and production,

• Look over contract items and come to an agreement with all responsible persons involved, Feel, and transmit to team members, a sense of project urgency,

• Check manufacturing results and provide suitable products as the customer requests,

• Report to Unit ' s management and relevant departments about project modifications and finish good management,

• To control all correspondence with the client related to project execution, and negotiate the delivery schedule and variation order ( if necessary ) ,

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering • Having at least 2 ( two ) years' experience in project management

• Able to communicate with all level and department and demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance .

• Must be able to work individually and with sales engineers and operational engineers .

• Good in project administration and filling • Interest in administration job

• Interpersonal skills are essential,

• Be able to multitask and work with teams or groups.

• Be inventive and resilient.
