Industrialization Quality Leader

low Schneider Project management process to generate industrialization quality plan for parts, component & subassembly(C/SA), and manufacturing Process.

• Lead PPEP (quality agreement with supplier) for supplier manufacturing process capability evaluation, communicate with suppliers on quality requirements, provide proper training if necessary, to make sure the suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality parts to Schneider Electric.

• Participate in equipment qualification, good command of MSA (measurement system analysis) methodology.

资格

• Degree of Bachelor of Engineering University

• Ideal: Degree of Electromechanical Engineering of well-known University

• 8+ years related working experience

• Expertise on quality methodology, eg FMEA ,8D, DOE, CAMC (MSA)

• Experience as leading role of project management

• Excellent in communication

• Strong working background in advance manufacturing field

• Good Knowledge of measurement methodology on mechanical part validation and regular quality control

• Experience of gauge development is preferred

• Fluent in Chinese & English.

• Average computer skill
