    Position summary

    ted from Outside Services Sales Representatives. He/She will lead and elevate inside sales activities by collaborating closely with Outside Services Sales Representatives, Tenders, and the Services Operations team.

    What will you do?

    • Quote and close deals for standard Services offers (contract renewals, spare parts, preventive maintenance, etc.) across all business units to enable up‑selling & cross‑selling

    • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based customer relationships

    • Lead Inside Services Sales Representative activities by managing temporary staff and collaborating closely with Tenders, Outside Services Sales Representatives, and the Services Operations team

    • Maintain and enhance Installed Base data quality

    • Identify and develop new opportunities through marcom campaigns, Field Engineers, Call Center insights, and other channels

    Who would be successful?

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

    • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Field Engineering, or Technical Support

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning and self‑development

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce)

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and build strong customer relationships

    • Native‑level Japanese; Business‑level English (written & verbal)
