IT Resilience Intern

• Managerial support, including business and technical requirements analysis.

• System Enhancements and configuration which may include Vendor relationship management, change board coordination, and end user communication.

• Reporting and delivery of KPIs related to Disaster Recovery to measure standard operating procedure and policy compliance.

• Data quality and system sanity checks.

• Aid in the development of standard operating procedures.

• Technical issues and incident support.

• User training coordination and documentation; new user onboarding.

• Administrator of tooling Viva Engage community for tool related communication.

This job might be for you if:

• Currently studying bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, and graduating in December 2025 or later.

• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

• Available to cover 30 hours per week in the morning.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for report generation and data management.

• Project Management skills.

• You are analytic, proactive, responsible, organized and a team player.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Leadership ability.
