What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow key enterprise and institutional accounts across ACT
Identify new service, upgrade, and optimisation opportunities within your portfolio
Build strong relationships across FM teams, consultants, contractors, and executives
Drive contract renewals, extensions, and new service agreements
Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations for service and aftermarket works
Partner with internal engineering and delivery teams to provide end-to-end solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on building performance and energy optimisation
About You
You likely come from a BMS, HVAC, or building services background, with experience in similar organisations.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in service sales, account management, or BMS delivery environments
Strong understanding of building automation systems (BMS/BAS) and lifecycle services
Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders across complex accounts
Commercial acumen across contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements
A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a focus on growth and opportunity identification
