Key Responsibilities

• Validation & Verification: Lead the execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure product integrity and compliance with international standards.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a technical bridge between design and manufacturing to validate requirements and architecture.

• Specialized Testing: Execute high-level electrical, thermal, environmental, and HALT testing to push product boundaries.

• Reporting & Strategy: Deliver structured data insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for product improvements.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee lab infrastructure, including equipment maintenance, asset tracking, and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).

• Experience: 3-5 years in a lab engineering or testing environment; experience in Power Conversion is highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, and dataloggers.

• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with safety certification and EMC testing is a significant advantage.

EDUCATION

• You have a Bachelor Degree of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a technician (experienced) degree and you are fluent in English.
