    Position summary

    . Problem Management for recurring issues, escalation and trend analysis

    1. Collaboration with various technical and business teams

    2. Managing customers confidential data and ensuring there is no breach.

    3. Performing analyses on application/website functionality and suggesting improvements.

    4. Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.

    5. Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance or fixing issues raised.

    6. Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics

    7. Determining the causes of application errors, API failures and repairing them

    Qualifications

    BSc / B.Tech in Computer Science

    3-5 years of experience in AWS Cloud or relevant cloud Technologies.
    Fluency required in English and Good Communication skills are mandatory

    Need to be a Team Player, willing to learn new technologies.
