• Be accountable in front of Plant/DCs Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within Plants & DCs under his/her responsibility

• Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Production System)

• Train & Coach for Sustainability

• Be a coach for Lean Leaders and an expert / referent at department or GSC Europe level

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Have strong experience in the field of Manufacturing or Supply hain or Methods or Supply Chain performance
• Strong competencies in:
  • Health & Safety
  • Manufacturing Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing Diagnostic
  • Manufacturing Performance
  • Manufacturing Process Design
  • Quality Metrics and Assurance
  • Continuous Improvement
• Strong soft skills in:

  • Issue resolution

  • Change management & implementation methodology

  • Digital Acumen

  • English C1

Location can be Budapest, Hungary or Barcelona, Spain.
