    Position summary

    also scalable globally. This is a global position within Schneider Electric's Service Line of Business' newly formed NAM Innovation Hub team.

    The innovative role will be highly focused on anticipating customer's need, translating those needs into service requirements, and successfully building service offerings through frequent customer engagements and iterations, within an Agile squad of subject matter experts, working towards the same mission. To ensure success in all market segments, attention needs to be paid to the value proposition, go-to market, customer experience and strategic offer roadmap.

    A creative, agile, and autonomous marketing leader who can work across all levels of the organization and influence key decision-makers is best positioned for the role. The ideal candidate will have offer management/offer creation and industry experience. Applicants preferably should have had knowledge or exposure to monetization of digital and traditional services. Additionally, he/she will have strong knowledge of Schneider Electric products, architectures and possess a good sense of customer centricity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Through customer and market persona feedback loops, establish and record clear, customer focused use cases to feed the squad's backlog of the offer, based on the persona's first-hand requirements.

    • Collaborate with the offer squad to define the backlog of ongoing improvements required of the offer to meet ever-changing customer/market needs.

    • Clearly define the marketing requirements to be developed by the squad, leveraging the 6P framework adopted by the Service Line of Business (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People, Process).

    • Establish and maintain competitive pricing and costs framework based upon customer feedback and the market-pricing/value-based practices established by the Service LoB.

    • Serve as the customer-voice within the offer squad to ensure that the service deliverables meet customer expectations throughout the offer creation process.

    • Serve as a close link, collaborator, and service liaison with the companion global product teams, for which the service offer supports.

    • Create and maintain key service offer deliverables such as: Offer Playbooks, How to Sell Training Decks, Statement of Works (SoWs) and SKU/CR framework.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional squad members to produce digital tools and resources that support the offer's operational and commercial execution.

    • Closely link with the commercial stakeholders of the offer to ensure it's easy-to-sell, meeting customer/market expectations and reaching the strategic business case potential.

    • Collaborate closely with Marcom teams to maintain accurate external communications and web experience for customers.

    • Act as a crucial, supporting member of offer launches in key geographies, determined and prioritized by the squad to ensure localized success of the service delivery.

    • Education:

      • Bachelor Degree in Business, Electrical/Software Engineering or equivalent education
      • M.B.A is a plus
    • Experience:

      • 3+ years of experience in an offer marketing, management or design role
      • 3+ years in relevant industry experience
      • Commercial and/or customer engagement experience is a plus
      • Agile offer development is a plus
    • Fluency in English
