- Bring expertise and recommendations to Product Owners (PO's) which help them define value propositions and priorities
- Convince stakeholders / defend the backlog with targeted countries, synthesize and challenge forecast for new developments;

- Participate when required in sprint reviews, provide necessary recommendations and feedback when needed
- Deploy and leverage marketing process inside CoE and Squads;

- Help unblock critical roadblocks by challenging / coordinating with PO's, support POs in case of difficult customer situations

资格
• 3+ years of successful track record in customer-focused product management
• Experience in building a 3-4 year plan translated to a product portfolio roadmap, leading marketing for new products development, execution of product lifecycle management.
• Experience in all aspects of Marketing including market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, and planning
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Marketing education or MBA.
• Experience with consumer markets, while understanding smart home products is an advantage.
• You are able to thrive on complexity and a certain degree of creative chaos
• Despite your creative flair, solid instincts, and problem-solving acumen, you know that the best decisions are driven by hard data, and you know how to get it and use it.
• You are able to work effectively with senior leadership team and collaborate effectively with global teams
