IMACD Services: Perform Install, Move, Add, Change, and De-Install tasks for workplace equipment.
Eyes and Hands Support: Execute technical tasks under remote team guidance, including resets and troubleshooting.
Escort Services: Facilitate vendor visits for repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric standards.
Stock Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of spare parts and accessories.
VIP Support: Deliver priority support to VIP users with timely issue resolution.
Onboarding: Assist new employees with IT asset delivery, setup, and training.
Event Support: Provide technical assistance for special events, including A/V setup and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field would be an advantage or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Experience in hardware diagnostics, asset management, and technical troubleshooting.
Skills & Competencies
Good technical knowledge of workplace equipment (PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues.
Good organizational skills for asset tracking and inventory management.
Strong communication skills for interacting with end-users and vendors.
Fluency in English and local language.
Nice to have: Familiarity with warranty processes and vendor coordination.
Certifications (Preferred)
Any certification would be an advantage
Tools & Technologies
ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, ITIL framework.
