    Position summary

    artner with plant leadership to understand operational drivers, analyze performance, and implement actions that benefit the business.

    • Financial Management: Maintain Balance Sheet integrity, manage statutory financial statements, and ensure product costing excellence while driving strong operational cost control and forecasting processes.

    • Cost Control & Productivity: Work closely with Operation Leaders on all aspects of plant finance, focusing on cost control, productivity, and balance sheet management.

    • Financial Oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy and validity of financial statements, oversee month-end close processes, and connect with the NAM GSC CoCe.

    • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and validate key internal controls for the entity to ensure compliance and governance.

    • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the point of contact for specialists in Tax, Audit, AP/AR, and more.

    • Budget & Forecast Management: Support and oversee budget and forecast processes, collaborating with business partners and GSC Central Functions to drive accuracy and actionable insights.

    • Variance Analysis: Leverage variance analysis of actuals and forecasts to present findings to management, facilitating informed business decisions.

    • Risk Management: Anticipate short- to medium-term risks and opportunities, working with partners to react appropriately.

    • Project Support: Assist partners on project justification, implementation, and spending, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

    • Inventory Control: Focus on inventory management, including compliance with excess and obsolete inventory, cycle count oversight, and work in process reporting and analysis.

    • Governance Compliance: Support and enforce monthly governance and compliance processes for the entity.

    • Unique Controlling Responsibilities: Handle entity-level balance sheet reconciliations and participate in ERP costing analysis.

    • ERP Transformation Support: Potential involvement in the upcoming ERP transformation to SAP S4 over the next 2-3 years.

    • Capital Expenditure Lifecycle: Support capital expenditure management, ensuring proper controlling, documentation, and collaboration with project managers and engineers for timely capitalization and depreciation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA/CPA.

    • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.

    • Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion, SAP, and SQL.

    • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and visualization.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong financial and analytical skills linked to business strategy.

    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.

    • Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes through teamwork.

    • Adaptable and curious, with the ability to make informed decisions in a changing environment.

    • Self-driven and capable of working independently without direct supervision.

    Preferences:

    • 3+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing setting.

    • Experience in supply chain crisis support.

    • Familiarity with MACOLA ERP or similar systems.

    • Experience as an on-site Finance Business Partner to Plant Management.
