lleague assists with the administration of an entity manager's & HR functions, provides a range of tasks to support a smooth operation of industrial management.
Main activities - What will you do?
Visitor Coordination: Organize visits for clients and guests, including plant tours, and manage the Visitor's Area and Meeting Rooms.
Documentation: Update the plant dashboard, official presentations, and organization charts.
Office Management: Handle purchase orders, office supplies, stationery, and daily post.
Event Coordination: Ensure internal coordination for employee events and manage catering.
HR support: Manage the temporary workers administration, monthly closure, and reporting for temporary workers. Contribute to occupational health management.

Proactive approach, passionate attitude, active contribution
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Fluent English language knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude
Experience in HR - preferably in a multinational environment - is an advantage
