Manage EOLE Dashboards
EOLE today publishes various dashboards across Finance and Operations teams. These include Resource Management, Portfolio & Project Management, Control Tower, Data Quality & R&D Performance KPIs. The selected candidate will manage the evolution, simplification and adding intelligence to the dashboards by closely collaborating with CFO and CTO teams across BUs.
Contribute to Agile Governance to evolve tools to meet new requirements coming from adaption of lean practices.
Participate in key reviews with internal stakeholders
Animate customer reviews
Define solutions per new requirements
Required competencies:
Project management, ideally with some background in Software, Systems, Solutions or Customer projects Leadership capacities within an international, multi Lobs/BUs and changing environment
Educated and experienced with Safe Agile framework
Desire to innovate.
Entrepreneur spirit.
Customer focused.
Change agent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree - Engineering (Any Discipline)
Good Background and understanding of PLM and related processes and tools
Basic Business Finance acumen is a Must
Preferred exposure to Product Development and interfacing with Business Leaders
