Job responsibilities:
Provides technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep or specific configurate, convert an existing customer requirement to match Himel specification.
Specify our products in Key Public tenders
Monitor and initiate certification process required locally in coordination with the Local sales and China team
Conduct technical product comparison between Himel and other brands
Manage customer complaints and provide feedback to the factory
Conduct technical training/ seminars and the like to customers, end users, universities, government office, etc.
Essential Professional Experience:
3-5 years' technical and /or maintenance management experience
Can understand and interpret single line and wiring diagrams.
Technical Knowledge in Electrical Components like MCB, MCCB, ACB, Contactors, Relays
Personal Skills
Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed
Result-oriented with analytical and presentation skills.
W illing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Accept challenge and meet commitment.
Desirable Qualifications
Engineering background (panelbuilder, construction, design, field testing, etc)
A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.
Regional Exposure in ME & Africa and basic understanding of the electrical markets' requirements
Education background:
BA/BS Electrical Engineering degree
Others:
Frequent traveler (will be travelling at least 30% of his working time)
Native language: Arabic, Fluent in English, French would be an advantage.
Computer Skills: MS Office, 2D or 3D CAD
