f the Predictive Agent in Connected Services Hub**
Interprets and contextualizes results of platform analytics and algorithms
Interacts with a network of Subject Matter Experts for advanced support in data analysis
Extracts meaningful insights from the data flows
Identifies maintenance recommendations of short-term palliative actions, and medium / long improvements
Tracks health of assets, including condition-based analytics, informs connected customers and adjusts maintenance plans accordingly
Creates consultancy summary reports highlighting the value of the EAA ED offer, shares these reports with connected customers during remote sessions, and provides explanations and direction
Regularly interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g. phone, chat, email, etc.) as needed
Acts based on customer requests to create cases, initiates work order crea-tion to dispatch Field Services and/or engages Sales for service or product quotations
Leverages the recommendations and reports conclusions to generate opportunities of Pull Through business
Qualifications of the CSH Predictive Agent
Minimum 4 years technical degree, or relevant experience in the field of electrical systems, engineering
Work experience with electrical distribution systems is an advantage
Possesses an excellent understanding of Electrical systems and distribution, for both Power and Industry domains
Possesses the ability to process predictive / condition-based analysis of data
The effective time management techniques and ability to remain organized across multiple activities along with an attention to detail
Effective communication (written/oral/reading/listening), with a perfect command of English language
Knowledge of additional languages will be taken as an advantage
Knowledge & Skill Expectations
Superior analytical abilities and high degree of proficiency in working with data
A customer focused mindset able to provide excellent customer service
Academical background to provide services about power/power monitoring equipment and industrial applications
The ability to influence and convince
High level knowledge of electrical distribution systems and proficiency with one-line diagrams
Solid Technical Report writing capabilities
Curiosity and interest in new knowledge in various domains
Ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed and build network of relation-ships that would aid in business development
