Title: Program Management

Areas of responsibility: -

è Own the execution of key x-functional product development programs. Work closely with Product Management, HW/FW/ME/SW Engineering, Supply chain and other teams across the business to ensure successful end-to-end development and launch of new the product.

è Be the primary point of contact across the broader organization for anything related to your program. This includes presenting updates to executives, and collaborating with teams & individuals across the company to ensure overall success

è Support the team in mitigating risks and navigating complex issues that arise during development & launch

è Understand both the technical and business landscape, and drive clear prioritization throughout the teams

è The Project Manager would play a major role in performing business analysis and liaison with all support functions, and engineering team to realize all project objectives meeting all KPI's

è Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that adherence to defined process and ensuring product quality while executing the project

Technical Competencies: -

è Leverage Jira to manage work, issues, and priorities for your team

è Create roadmaps in partnership with the Product Management team that the teams can effectively execute against

è Work with teams globally (US, Europe, APAC)

è The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, Agile methodology, should also have a strong engineering background along with good working knowledge of software development life cycle

è Take total ownership of Transfer/New development/Continuous engineering projects.

è Manage project resources, Secure resources for project. Liaison with functional managers and other stake holders for all necessary approvals/decisions. Able to work in a matrix organization structure proactively to take actions and get thing done,

è Resolve conflict and manage all project risks in a systematic manner.

Qualification: -

è Bachelor s degree in engineering discipline with a total of 10 years' experience and minimum 5 Years experience as Project Manager

è Project Management Certification (PMP)/ Scrum Master/Agile certification preferred.

è Conversant with Agile development, Scrum practice, Devops, and Test automation

è Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they become significant issues.

è Good understanding in SFMEA, Cyber security, and GDPR/Data privacy requirements

Behavioral Requirement: -

è Demonstrate leadership ability to drive project, rationalize decisions with stakeholders and be a team player.

è Work closely with project sponsors & other stakeholders to size and manage scope and technical risks.

è Assume a role of coach and mentor to project team members on their assigned project tasks. Develop a cohesive team and ensure their sustained success
