**Roles and responsibilities**  
  
• Project Co-ordination - Secure Power (West)  
  
• End to end Project Co-ordination of Trade ups jobs - Power & Cooling  
  
• Responsible for Site Installations / Modifications - Power & Cooling  
  
• Responsible & Close monitoring on Billing and Revenue  
  
• Responsible for Project Management Cycle starting from Handover from tendering till Site commissioning, Collection & site handover to customer.  
  
• Co-ordination with Customer, Sales, DC, Logistics & Commercial teams to ensure billing & dispatch of Forecasted numbers in the month.  
  
• Overall understanding of Secure power Products - Power & Cooling  
  
• Connect with delivery team and internal stack holders  
  
• WO creation for SOW Preparation ( Details shall be shared by Execution Manager) i.e : PC , SR Number etc  
  
• WO creation for One time site visit ( Providing order booked in syste )  
  
• Vendor Mgmt. (SOW explanation) & Execution Planning.  
  
• Following up for Report's with engineer for WO created order's and initiate for invoicing  
  
• Preparation of SOW with SR  
  
• Regular Connect with customer  
  
• Monitoring the backlog data and recurring Forecast  
  
• B2b Visibility and booking support to the Sales team  
  
• Transportation and vendor Co ordination
