Optimize and maintain a high representation of Schneider Electric products and solutions at the sites, taking into account that we do have Schneider Electric site of completely different types.
Be the active part in having the most updated Schneider Electric software on sites where needed and possible.
Initiate and lead construction projects.
Further develop the offices and customer experience area on the large sites -operate with / engage the VPs and Field Marketing, make sure that the story we tell is strong and reflects local priorities.
Generate new ideas to bring new customers and employees to the large Schneider Electric sites in order to position Schneider Electric properly as the market leader in Energy Management and Solutions.
Qualifications:
Expertise in facility management and the ability to adapt and deploy facility management policies across different entities within the country.
Experience in strategic planning, particularly for Norway, with the ability to align local initiatives with the overall company strategy.
Knowledge and experience in energy management practices to create a clear link between company strategy and energy management profiles at local sites.
Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises in Norway, ensuring they align with company standards and goals.
Experience in globalizing and mutualizing projects and resources at the country level, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery.

Capability to lead change and make offices an attractive and productive environment for employees.
Ability to think strategically and align local initiatives with the broader company strategy.
Willingness to adapt and deploy facility management policies across diverse entities while considering local needs.
