    Position summary

    What will you do?

    • Support Process Improvement: Assist in diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Implement New Technologies: Help in the implementation of new technologies and digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations.

    • Report KPIs and Action Plans: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected.

    • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes.

    • Lead Sustainability Projects: Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the Distribution Center, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals.

    • Administrative support for the operations team. This includes assisting with documentation and providing ad hoc maintenance support.

    What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

    • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineer/Logistics/Administration and related or similar

    • Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have Office package (Excel, Power Point)

    • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and possess self-motivation to take initiative in their tasks.
