Qualifications
Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in managing Panel Builder Partners, projects, and budgets.
• Experience with electrical system design.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
• Experience with electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability principles
