Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What you will do to help us grow!
Primary point of contact across S/4HANA implementation and Run State support in ECC spanning multiple countries over North America for SAP SRM/SCM.
Assist business in mapping local Supply Chain Planning processes to solutions in S/4HANA and SAP-ECC.
Assist in definition of functional and non-functional system requirements.
Translate process design to systems design on the SAP S/4HANA and SAP-ECC platforms.
Maintenance and production support of regional S4 Hana and global SAP ECC systems
Definition and configuration of system functionality required to meet system design
Write system design documents, including detailed functional design, technical design, update requirements traceability, and test scenarios, cases.
Perform functional and non-functional testing of system in meeting requirements, including unit-testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and performance testing.
Identify & define process and systems' dependencies while implementing new SAP functionality in the context of ongoing enterprise business and IT initiatives.
Understand requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, provide estimates, suggest process and technology improvements.
Write functional design documents detailed at SAP table-field level, and work with developers to explain technical requirements.
Manage upgrade process through evaluation, regression testing, and deployment.
Able to help with SAP SRM/SCM Security role definition, and SAP authorization objects.
Able to handle entire Solution Delivery Lifecycle on medium to large SAP projects.
Manage transfer of bridge knowledge to Key Users and local management team
Lead identification of gaps between Solution and local business requirements
Contribute to the resolution of process integration issues
Contribute to the deployment in new manufacturing and adaptation area
Continuous improvement of a bridge solution, including user acceptance, document creation and training
Training support for new users and key users across North America
ERP Process Audit to align business process & data governance to SAP
Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Business Transformation leader in resolving issues between bridge and the site Business Models
Deliver local information for the localization during Foundation workshops
Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc)
Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)
Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution Decisions, and Change Management
Participate in End User Training
Ensure data cleansing, accuracy, completeness, conversion, migration, and validation are completed
Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables
Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing
Ensure alignment between Schneider Performance System (SPS) and SAP
Represent the business and ERP functionality with Regional Subject Matter Expert for SPS
Support planning transformation experts and processes within the bridge/SAP solution for demand planning, production planning, capacity management and forecasting.
Connect with Planning Transformation team to understand future state and plan for changes in the ERP process
Champion the transformation that is brought to GSC with project Titan
Support the future state solution of SAP using S/4 Hana and full model consisting of pricing, contract, quote conversion, order management, procurement, forecasting, manufacturing, quality, plant maintenance, logistics, invoicing, and finance controlling
Represent run state and current ECC SAP solution while applying lessons learned for a future state landscape in S4 Hana
• Connect S/4 Hana solution to bridge/SAP solution to create a seamless and transparent solution for our customers and our supply chain in North America

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP SRM/SCM required. Prefer SAP certified professionals.

Position Requirements
Articulate with verbal and written communication skills in English. Possesses strong presentation skills for a global audience.
Prior domain or functional experience with Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing or Supply Chain preferred.
Ability to research requirements, solutions, evaluate alternative approaches, and present recommended solution in SAP.
Ability to independently design and configure SAP Quality Management and Plant Maintenance processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables, preferring outcomes over outputs.
Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently, and drive results with peers, stakeholders, and customers.
Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to prioritize and multitask under minimal supervision and respond with flexibility towards tight project deadlines or issues impacting production operations.
Decisive ability to recognize when to act and when to escalate.
Experience working with shared services preferred.
Prior experience working with SAP system integrators, and on multi-country SAP environments preferred.
Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work outside the standard 8am-5pm schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines
Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment
Managing and collaborating remotely
25-50% travel to manufacturing locations to support SRM/SCM processes
