Qualifications / Key Success Factors
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
At least 8 years of relevant working experience; leadership experience is a plus.
Exposure to a Shared Services or multinational environment is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge and experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
Advanced experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and research capabilities, with problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, leading to informed recommendations.
Continuous improvement mindset, focused on increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service iteration.
Detail-oriented with a proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies, passionate about acquiring, sharing, and disseminating new information and knowledge.
Highly organized and self-driven to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
