    Position summary

    • Responds quickly and professionally to defects or technical questions reported by customers

    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with colleagues, regional solution centers and customers

    The ideal candidate for this position should have the following key skills/experience:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with computer emphasis

    • Experience with SCADA and SCADA protocols (IEC101/104, DNP3, ICCP) is highly desirable. Knowledge of other SCADA protocols like MODBUS and IEC61850 would be a plus

    • Prior experience with Data migration processes, Data integration processes, Data mapping, Data validation, Data commissioning, Display building and symbology would be a plus

    • Fluent in written and spoken English

    • Any experience in software testing is desirable

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze, explain technical issues to lay audiences

    • Team player with experience in cross-team collaboration to ensure successful delivery of solutions

    • Problem-solving skills

    • Passion for learning and continuous improvement

    • Teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills
