What do you get to do in this position?
Responsible for the design of Medium Voltage air and gas insulated switchgear
Accountable for investigating and procuring all data required to develop complex designs.
Prepares sketches and/or schematic diagrams.
Works independently, exercises latitude and judgment to develop designs with minimal supervision
Prepares accurate layout, detail and assembly drawings.
Perform mechanical analysis of mechanisms (tolerance, stress, deformation, kinematic)
Become adept in Lean Agile practices and team processes
Work in a diverse team environment, as well as independently
This job might be for you if you have:
4 Year college degree with preferred focus in Business, Marketing and/or related field
7+ years experience in retail merchandising, channel management or business development with proven results (Preferred: 10+ year experience, supervisor/manager experience a plus)
Experience launching and scaling products in retail environments
Proven success managing national or regional accounts
Experience with omnichannel retail strategies
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results
Communication skills to influence and lead
Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership
