s end-to-end accountability for backlog, priorities, and delivery alignment, ensuring infrastructure investments support business strategy, client commitments, and technical direction.
This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with engineering, security, application teams, operations, and client-facing stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes across reliability, security, scalability, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Direction & Planning
Define and maintain infrastructure priorities and roadmap in alignment with business strategy, portfolio direction, and customer needs.
Lead quarterly / PI planning processes, establishing objectives, sequencing initiatives, managing dependencies, and identifying risks.
Apply operational and delivery metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform prioritization decisions.
Backlog Ownership & Execution
Release, Quality & Operational Excellence
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the utilities or energy sector.
Working knowledge of cloud and infrastructure environments (Azure preferred).
Product or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO, SAFe / Scaled Agile, CISM, or similar).
Experience with ArcFM
