The Group now seeks to develop online training programs to make them accessible to as many people as possible. To achieve this, deepening theoretical knowledge about human functioning-especially in a context of increasing interaction with tools integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI)-is a current priority for the Group.
As this is a research internship, the goal is to develop a relevant research question with a view to preparing a CIFRE PhD thesis within the company (drafting a thesis project in collaboration with professional and academic supervisory teams) focused on human learning cognitive processes in a digital context integrating AI.
Your missions:
You will develop a research question on the design of innovative digital learning materials for beginner learners in electricity. To answer this, you will conduct an experimental study.
You will be expected to:
Develop a relevant research question aimed at deepening theoretical knowledge on human learning processes and the design of educational materials integrating AI
Conduct an experimental study (design, implementation, data analysis, and interpretation)
Develop and strengthen your skills in using various specialized software for creating digital training (Articulate Suite, Adobe Suite)
Design attractive and relevant digital learning materials by putting yourself in the learner's shoes
Work within a team that develops professional training in the field of energy management internationally
Contribute ideas on digital practices
Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Cognitive Psychology / Educational Sciences / Ergonomics
