We are currently seeking a self-driven **Supplier Quality Engineer** with a passion for manufacturing to join our team. This position will monitor External PPMs for a External Manufacturer Supplier (EMS) and support manufacturing transitions form a quality point of view. This position will report to the VF Quality Manager. It will be based in Mty GSC Campus, MDIC offices.  
  
**What will you do:**  

-   Support Manufacturing Transfers to Strategic Suppliers.
-   Early involvement into new projects to prepare for welcoming new parts or change of suppliers with good quality level.
-   Support PPAP and validation plan with suppliers and project team.
-   Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks with technical expertise.
-   Support problem solving for internal and external customer concerns utilizing tools including 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
-   Conduct supplier process audits to make sure quality controls are followed through Schneider Electric guidelines.

  
**Qualifications**  
  

-   Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
-   Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
-   At least 1 year of experience on Manufacturing roles.
-   Proven experience using Quality tools.
-   Preferred experience on Make-to-Stock environment.
-   Proficiency on excel use.
-   Self-initiative and proven experience on following up on multiple topics with attention to details.
-   Strong influencing skills and team work.
