    • Knowledge of ATS systems, job boards, social media and recruiting channels.

    • Candidates with strong business acumen, recruitment and employer branding experience and knowledge of the market is preferred.

    • Strong customer centric mindset, attention to detail and good prioritization skills.

    • Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Good Project/Campaign management capabilities and experience in digital contents creation.

    • Experience and ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrix and complex business working environment.

    • Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail and good prioritization skills

    • Good commend of interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking skills

    • Business fluency level of English

    • Hybrid working model and able to travel to Schneider Manufacturing plant in Samutprakarn once a week.
