    • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een positieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.

    • Je hebt ervaring in het trainen en coachen van sales- of customer care teams.

    • Ervaring met AI-ondersteunde gespreksanalyse is een pluspunt.

    • Je blinkt uit in klantgerichte communicatie.

    • Je bent resultaatgericht en analytisch sterk.

    • Je weet een positieve, constructieve teamcultuur te bouwen en te bewaken.
