Servicetechnikern (Nieder ‑ & Mittelspannung, Schutz ‑ und Automatisierungstechnik)

• Bundesweite Fachverantwortung Mittelspannung

• Vertretung der Bereiche Kälte ‑ & Klimatechnik, Industry Automation und USV

• Arbeitssicherheit als Top-Priorität: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorgaben, Vorbildfunktion

• Ressourcen ‑ und Einsatzplanung: Steuerung der Technikerstunden zur Optimierung von Auslastung, Marge, Umsatz und Kundenzufriedenheit

• Mitarbeiterentwicklung: Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung, Coaching in Veränderungsprozessen

• Produktivitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitssteuerung anhand relevanter KPIs

• Operative Verantwortung: Ansprechpartner bei Kundeneskalationen, Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Forecasts und Kalkulation größerer Serviceangebote

Dein Profil

• Elektrotechnische Grundausbildung sowie technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (Techniker:in / Meister:in)

• Führungserfahrung (direkt oder indirekt), idealerweise im technischen Außendienst

• Sichere Anwendung von CRM- und ERP-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, SAP)

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Reisebereitschaft ca. 40 % im Einsatzgebiet Region West

• Hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und situationsgerecht zu führen

• Ausgeprägte Konflikt- und Lösungsorientierung, gepaart mit Entscheidungssicherheit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Tagesgeschäft
