Job responsibilities:

1. Provides technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep or specific configurate, convert an existing customer requirement to match Himel specification.

2. Monitor and initiate certification process required locally in coordination with the Local sales and China team

3. Conduct technical product comparison between Himel and other brands

4. Manage customer complains and provide feedback to the factory

5. Conduct technical training/ seminars and the like to customers, end users, universities, government office, etc.

6. Onsite inspection, testing, troubleshooting and recommendation to customers

Qualifications

Essential Professional Experience:

1. Can understand and interpret single line and wiring diagrams

2. With technical and /or maintenance management experience

Desirable Qualifications

1. Engineering background (panelbuilder, construction, design, field testing, etc)

2. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.

3. Less than 5 years of relevant experience in a technical & tender management roles.

4. Regional Exposure in ME & Africa and basic understanding of the electrical markets' requirements.

5. Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industries.

Education background:

• BA/BS Engineering degree

Others:

• Frequent traveler (will be travelling at least 30% of his working time)

• Native language: Arabic, Fluent in English, French would be an advantage.

• Computer Skills: MS Office, 2D or 3D CAD
