    Position summary

    Your Opportunity

    We help our clients plan for their future and they are passionate about the tools and experiences we provide. We collaborate with user experience and design, business and technology partners across the enterprise to build software experiences our users’ are passionate about.

    What you are good at

    Build server-side applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and API gateways. Develop Single Sign-On (SSO) and OAuth 2.0 solutions using industry standard technologies like SAML and authentication standards like OAuth, OpenId Connect. Design develop and support Schwab’s online security platform and the systems and interfaces involved in end to end business and system flows. Work with platform and solution architects to ensure application meets architecture and design guidelines. Lead and help teams to solve technical challenges and meet business deliverables on time. Apply Agile methodologies and work with scrum masters and product owners to decompose stories, design features and prioritize tasks. Build and maintain high available and scalable applications.

    What you have

    Job Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer and Information Science or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Building REST API’s using Java and Spring boot frameworks; Building Single-page UI application using Node.js; Participating in Agile Sprint planning, daily scrum meetings for progress, following release guidelines for deployment; and Creating web prototypes to validate business and technical requirements using Jenkins; Database technologies: Aerospike, Mongo DB; Performance testing of applications using JMeter.
