What you'll do:

• Analyze blockchain activity: Collect, normalize, and analyze on-chain transaction data across multiple blockchains to identify trends, counterparties, and fund-flow patterns.

• Deliver business insights: Build visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery) that translate complex blockchain data into actionable intelligence for business partners.

• Conduct market analysis: Track industry developments, token movements, and regulatory trends to inform Schwab's digital-asset strategy.

• Develop data solutions: Design and maintain automated pipelines to integrate blockchain data into Schwab.

• Partner across Schwab: Work closely with the Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to develop reporting frameworks that meet strategic goals and business needs.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering

• Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery, Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Strong understanding of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transactions, and digital wallets

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings clearly to business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain data platforms such as Arkham, Dune, Nansen, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with machine learning or entity-clustering algorithms applied to blockchain datasets

• Certification in data analytics
