    Position summary

    Communications with the Public team provides the tools and processes to ensure Schwab is meeting compliance and regulatory measures as a firm.

    The team is seeking a Senior Manager who will be responsible for the firm's CWTP practice and tools for all public facing communications. The Senior Manager will determine a strategy and experience for all Communications with the Public along with system design, process and change management from approval to retirement. A key part of the role will be executing the plan for the new CWTP process and tool. The Senior Manager will make a significant impact by creating training, communications and change management plans to share new practices and processes throughout the enterprise. This will require close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Schwab's business, legal, financial, operations, service, agency, publishing, and technical teams to execute on key initiatives and content.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • BA or equivalent degree

    • 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including background in product management and financial services

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence and persuade partners

    • Familiarity with channel management

    • Effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization

    • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment

    • Program and Project management skills, with a track record of execution across multiple functions

    • Ability to navigate and manage complex projects; translate details into a detailed business requirements and develop implementation plans
