Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possibleThe Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through successful  onboarding and technical training.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop your own technical and professional skills, learning new applications and techniques whilst engaging with customers and SCIEX colleagues.This position is part of the EMEAI Support Organisation and will be located in Alderley Park, UK and will require travel to customer sites. This is a customer facing role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Interact extensively with our customers to deliver high quality mass spectrometry and workflow training covering inhouse, onsite and remote.Aid customers in their method development and troubleshooting.Develop and share your expertise in SCIEX’s industry leading mass spectrometry solutions.Expand your own skills through frequent collaborations with Support/Sales/Service/Marketing and other teams on varied projects.Efficiently manage customer onboarding cases to ensure prompt communication and timely delivery.Work with Service and Support teams to track, diagnose and resolve customer issues.Travel across the UK and occasionally beyond.       The essential requirements of the job include:  Degree/PhD in chemistry, life sciences or equivalent experience.2+ years’ hands-on experience of nominal mass LC-MS/MS use, method development and troubleshooting.Organisational skills – must be able to manage workload to work independently, prioritise as needed and contribute to wider team goals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.UK driving license.SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
