Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience in capillary electrophoresis to help our customers to be successful?If yes, our applications support team is the place for you!We are looking for a Field Application Support Specialist - Capillary Electrophoresis (m/f/d).The role is responsible for providing high quality technical support and expert advice to our customers ensuring successful implementation of our capillary electrophoresis product range in protein and nucleic acid analysis. In this role you will continually increase your knowledge and expertise by accessing cutting edge technology immediately on release, helping customers develop methods and applications, both routine and groundbreaking, attending technical and scientific conferences, interacting with key opinion leaders, and being an active member of the Sciex Application Network.This position is part of the European Support Organization (EMEA - Europe, Middle East, Africa) and can be located Southeast of England.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide efficient and successful support to Sales through joined customer visits, product/application demonstrations, seminars/lectures/workshopsAnalyze samples submitted by prospective customers in our laboratory in Alderley Park (UK) and present resultsProvide post-sales Support, in-house and on-site training, troubleshooting, visiting customers and telephone support in a timely and professional manner with the goal of high-level customer satisfactionPreparation & delivery of efficient and successful user meetings in collaboration with marketingGather, analyze, and deliver information from the field to Sales & Marketing on competitive activity, market conditions and product opportunities to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the pharma and biopharma marketWork with local and global marketing team on generation and delivery of new contentLiaise with local and global network to solve customer problems quickly and efficientlyProvide internal feedback on technical problems and input into new product featuresTravel across UK and possibly EMEA region to drive customer engagement The essential requirements of the job include:  Experience in Capillary Electrophoresis. Sample preparation and method development for CE applications.Bachelor of Science or higher degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel (up to 50%)It would be considered a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Usage of SCIEX CE instrumentation and software is a plusExperience in CE-MS (mass spectrometry)Speaking additional languages (e.g. German, French, Italian)SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
