He/She will learn and implement DBS Tools which will help spur growth of the individual and gain the skills to manage the operations efficiently. This position is part of the EMEAI Field Service team and will be located in Mumbai -India  In this role, you will have the opportunity to: ·       Carrying out high quality Installation, maintenance, and Repairs of Sciex LC and LCMS·       Performing Qualification of LC and MS·       Performing troubleshooting of complex problems related to Workflow and Hardware·       Demonstrating the operations of the LC-MS/MS instruments to customers·       Completing all administrative duties as per standard work and processes ·       Maintaining own calibrated tools to ensure delivery of quality services·       Ensuring that response time, down time, MTTR, First Time Fix targets are met as per the set goals·       Ensuring quality service support is provided to assigned accounts/calls by collaborating with all stakeholders and achieve high customer satisfaction scores·       Completing all assigned trainings on time The essential requirements of the job include:  ·       MSc/BE in Electronics or Instrumentation; Specialization in Analytical Instrumentation ·       7+ Years of experience related to instruments like Mass Spec, HPLC, GC, LCMS etc·       Flexibility to travel frequently at short notice·       Excellent communication skills (written and oral) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: ·       Understanding of analytical instrumentation in research·       Proficiency in MS-Office, Salesforce, PowerBI  SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
