Check out our benefits at danaherbenefitsinfo.com.  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES-Domestic Payroll (India)Compiles data changes for the purpose of conducting the monthly payroll, including the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations as well as changes, variable compensation, and one-time payments.Calculates, validates, coordinates approval and initiates distribution of payroll checks in a timely and accurate manner as well as ensures the completion of all statutory compliance tasks as laid down by local laws and regulations and company guidelines.Completes all (post) payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner: i.e., Inputting, checking, and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and third-party providers.Host internal and external audits and manage external relationships and suppliers.International Payroll (EMEA)Co-ordinate the end-to-end payroll process for several countries within the EMEA region in collaboration with the local payroll partners and the HR Operations Team.Supports the completion of all (post) payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner: i.e., Inputting, checking, and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and third-party providers.Supports completion of all statutory compliance tasks as laid down by local laws and regulations and company guidelines.Supports internal and external audits and manage external relationships and suppliers.Payroll SMEProvide Payroll Specialist support and resolve payroll queries from employees, and other key stakeholders i.e., HR, Finance etc.Create, develop, and maintain process documentation using standard templates (Standard Work and Quick Reference Guide (QRG’s)).Maintain the annual payroll activity calendar in cooperation with all stakeholders.Custodian of Payroll continuous improvements including: TTI (Targets To Improve), TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) and PSP (Problem Solving Process).REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION-Qualifications-Master’s degree in Human Resources (Required)Super User: Payroll Systems such as ADP and a Time Management System (Required)Advanced User: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems and HRIS such as Workday (Required)Professional Experience-Minimum 5 years of experience in a Payroll Function (Required), preferably in an international company setting or a COE (Required)Demonstrated track record in Payroll and/or HR reporting and analytics – India RequiredExperience in directly managing HR Internal and External audits (India Required)Excellent communication, time management and organization skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication, time management and organization skillsExperience in a European Payroll and Project Management would be considered an advantage.When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
