ITS Support Technician

This role will mainly support the UK, but may also spread across EMEA when needed.This position requires both technical and interpersonal skills.As the first point of contact and support for the entire IT organization, you must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.Primary DutiesAssessing incidents, requests and resolving issues when possible, and assisting with more complex technical issues.Participate in other desktop system work such as configuring and deploying new systems, maintaining existing hardware and software, and assisting in employee moves.Recommend and develop procedures and standards that improve the quality and delivery of service to customers.Experience RequiredWorking knowledge of MS Office, and SystemsExperience in configuring software, setting up a new system for employeesManaging IT ticketing systemsPreferred ExperienceKnowledge of working with MAC/Apple computers.Certification in IT support.In this role you will be dealing with associates face-to-face and over the phone good personal skills are required!We believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.  We recognize the benefits of flexible, hybrid working arrangements for eligible roles and are committed to providing enriching careers, no matter the work arrangement.  This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.
