Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.This position will be responsible for driving LC-MS/MS business growth in the Life Sciences Research (LSR) and selected assigned Food market.Develop go-to market action plan for the Life Sciences Research and Food market varticals.Work closely with cross functional teams (eg sales, support and service)  to achieve business objectives set by the organization.Own the responsibility to drive the tender business  Responsible to ensure  funnel growth for the assigned market verticals/New product promotionsCollaborate  with the sales team to ensure funnel hygiene and to improve win rate and market share  Regularly analyze the potential market growth and market shareExecute action plans that will generate growth for various customer segments leading to increase in market shareManage the demand generation process towards quantity and quality of leadsWork with cross functional team  to build sustainable engagement plans for key customers / KOLs and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to promote the SCIEX brandTrack and actively manage competitor activities (regional product offerings, pricing, promotions, etc.) and work with leadership team to generate competitive strategies/responsesShare market intelligence and latest developments with sales teamDevelop and deliver training programs for sales team to equip them to objection handling, respond to customer queries and fight competitionsWork with Sales and Marketing team to identify new product opportunities, work with the manager to develop positioning and ensure success during new product introductionsDeliver workshops, seminars and other promotional activities in coordination with the global and regional marketing teamExecute marketing communications through conferences, web and interactive communication, media and public relations.Qualifications & ExperienceDoctorate/Post-graduate in Lifesciences/Chemistry/PharmaceuticalsMBA would be desirable5+ years of experience in Life Science IndustryUnderstanding of the LC-MS/MS technology and its application in the specific market verticalExperience to drive tender businessHands on experience on LS-MS/MS technology would be desirableTrack record of working with relevant market vertical will be an added advantageExposure to business dealing in sales of high value capital equipment is desirableExcellent communication skills (written and oral); Strong presentation skillsExperience and ability to build relationships, good negotiation interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience of being a team playerGood command over the English LanguageProficiency in MS-Office; exposure to Sales ERP (SFDC)External Interface· Customers in private and government business· KOLs· Government authorities· VendorsInternal Interface· Sales, Service, Application Support, Finance, HR and IT· European & Global market development teamsWhen you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
