The Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for the sale of the SCIEX Aftermarket Products that may include but are not limited to Services, Service Contracts, Software, Training, Consumables and Chemistries within designated accounts, driving revenue and order growth in an assigned territory by following up on existing customers, new customer acquisition, cross-selling to existing customers, and working with distribution channels (direct or indirect) for increased sales. There will be a lot of focus, learning and growth within outbound and consultative selling.This position is part of the Sales Organization and will be located within the Nordics region and can be based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway. The role reports into the Sales Director of the Nordics region within a highly dynamic team of Sales Representatives, Service Engineers, and an Application Support Specialist. The role requires 30-40% of travel, mainly in the regions of Denmark and South of Sweden, and occasionally to other parts of Sweden, Norway, and Finland.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Negotiate small to complex contracts including key accounts, sales deals and create strategies to meet the service sales plan including direct and indirect channel partner management.Increase Aftermarket Service Sales by promoting campaigns, digital marketing, sales organization activities and customer inquiries.Identify the key decision makers, influencers and establish new business opportunities.Demonstrate capability to identify business dealings/situations (risks & opportunities) to support business growth in a given sales territory (4 countries)Responsible for opportunity funnel management, lead qualification and win-rate management.Own and drive new aftermarket product introductions within territory The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Life Sciences, engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent education3+ years of successful experience in direct salesRequires knowledge and experience of sales principles, methods, prospecting techniques to strengthen the network and improve the sales cycle.Proven experience of tender management.Understanding of aftermarket product portfolio in a specific analytical/scientific area, in order to achieve sales results and provide added value to the customer It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Understanding of Life Science products and instrumentation and our markets.Usage of SCIEX instrumentation and software.Previous experience with Oracle and Sales Force system preferred SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
