Visit us at www.sciex.com. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Organize the team and implement development processes to continuously deliver on time with high efficiency.Engage with appropriate cross functional stakeholders, technical leaders and executives to communicate projects status, bring up issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-makingIdentify right 3rd party software components/frameworks to be used in existing software applicationsWork with geographically distributed teams while maintaining highest standards in collaboration and communication.Readily accepts responsibility and accountability for project success and key decisions.Create design, code and unit test modules/components.Develop software requirements from product requirements.Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements (both explicit and implicit) of the system under developmentInvestigate software and system problems using a variety of techniques and provides innovative solutions. The essential requirements of the job include:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.12+ years’ experience in architecting and designing applications. Experience with different technologies and domains to be able to make excellent choices of architecture and design.Expertise and proficient in design/programming experience with back-end stacks: C#, .NET.Experience in developing enterprise level desktop application.Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architectureExcellent knowledge of UML and other modelling methodsA technical mindset with great attention to detailOutstanding communication and presentation abilities.Proven technical leadership skills and a team player, with strong collaborative skills to work with global and cross functional teams.Proficient in time management & stakeholder management.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
