We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Program Manager to join our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO) in the APJ region. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns to meet performance and delivery goals with a passion to improve the way we work. They have a strong familiarity within the digital advertising landscape (primarily display programmatic, paid social ads, analytics and attribution).
The candidate will be comfortable with collaborating with key business partners, agencies, global teams and APJ stakeholders to gain alignment on marketing plans, and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution.
What you get to do in this role:
Set up dynamic brand and lead generation type campaigns in 3rd party platforms, create tracking pixels and tags
Provide technical support regarding creative and product capabilities
Work closely with global marketing leads, brand leads, content teams, producers, and field marketing teams to develop strong marketing campaigns.
Work closely with ad partners and agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns
Perform daily evaluations and optimizations for campaign health, suggesting reallocations and ensuring full delivery of all campaigns against budget and campaign goals
Partner with external vendors to help optimize campaigns
Suggest and help develop more efficient workflows
Conduct case studies and share key learnings with the team
Provide delivery reports to account managers and internal Brand and Campaigns teams
Help troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns and ad technology usage
Partner with other internal teams to ensure ad execution aligns with our overall Digital Acquisition strategy
Assist with billing and variance reporting
To be successful in this role you have:
5+ years of digital B2B or B2C marketing experience in programmatic display and paid social
Hands-on experience developing, managing, and executing comprehensive, coordinated omni-channel campaigns for Brands and Customer markets.
Experience using CM360 or any other ad-server for trafficking and reporting purposes
Strong proficiency in executing and optimizing programmatic display campaigns.
Experience executing and optimizing Paid Social programs (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape
Experience working with Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, operationally minded
Technical proficiency in ad technology with a high capacity for problem solving
Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting
Quick learner with a passion for learning new technologies
