This role ensures the broader AI program(s) are aligned with Global People and Enterprise AI strategies, ensures effective program management, and ensures continued growth of AI capabilities within the Global People team.
Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion
Ensures effective and timely communication and execution of AI program roadmap deliverables and activities
Oversee and coordinate the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and mitigation strategies.
Implement a continuous improvement protocol to regularly assess and optimize the effectiveness of AI projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.• Collaborate with AI Governance committee(s) to define program objectives, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology, product management, legal, compliance, risk, and Enterprise AI Governing bodies.
Partner with GP AI Success committee to track and analyze GP AI program performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate program progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Implement feedback mechanisms to capture and incorporate lessons learned into future program iterations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Years of experience 7+ years working in a Program Management role
Specific technologies required (if any) Solid understanding of current AI technology landscape and capabilities
Certifications, apprenticeships, micro-credentials (if any)
Supervisory and people leader experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience building up an AI program from early stages
Working within HR programs or initiativesSkills and Expected Proficiency Levels
Project Management Skills - Expert - Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control AI projects within budget, timeline, and scope, utilizing project management methodologies.
Technical Understanding of AI - Advanced - A solid grasp of AI concepts like machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analysis to effectively guide project development.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Advanced - Facilitating communication and collaboration between diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, designers, and legal teams.
Stakeholder Management - Advanced - Effectively managing expectations, communicating progress updates, and addressing concerns from various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning - Advanced - Staying updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and adapting to new technologies and techniques.
Ethical Decision-Making - Expert - Analyzes situations and make decisions aligned with the company's and external ethical code and expectations in the AI space
