The EMEA SC Academy
The Solution Consultant (SC) Academy program offers talented individuals a direct path into what may be the most exciting, challenging and rewarding position in technology sales. An SC works with customers and sales to create technological solutions to critical business needs. To be successful, a Solution Consultant must understand the customer, the technology, and the sales cycle. A great SC will be seen as a trusted advisor by customers and by ServiceNow sales teams.
The SC Academy provides the tools and education to be a successful ServiceNow Solution Consultant. This role includes ServiceNow product and technology training, sales and product demonstration instruction and education in information technology (IT). The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship from the best professionals in our organization and a team atmosphere where we rely on each other to learn, grow, and achieve. Upon successful completion, you will have the tools needed to move forward into a successful ServiceNow career.
The SC Academy is an intensive 6-month program designed to equip you with the skills required to be a Solution Consultant. A combination of peer led enablement, self-guided study and instructor led training form the basis of your time in the Academy alongside individual and team projects and shadowing of experienced SC’s.

What we are looking for
We are looking for people who think differently and are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. You could have a degree level education and 1-2 years of work experience, or you could be Qualified by Experience with 3-5 years' experience in IT Consulting, IT Service Management, Customer Service Management or HR. You’re curious and enjoy learning new things and you want to work in a fun environment with constant new challenges.

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
