Enterprise Globalization Deployment Architect
An Enterprise Globalization Deployment Architect is a Customer facing role, guiding our Customers and Implementation Partners through the various technical aspects for their Solution Designs including Best-Practices and Methodologies. Working directly with our Customers and Implementation Partners, acting as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for L10n (Localization), i18n (internationalization) and g11n (Globalization) capabilities within our platform. At times being a part of in-flight projects to share that SME knowledge or assisting through direct queries (and / or support Cases) as well as demonstrating what’s possible so that our Customers have the knowledge and tools to achieve great outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-lingual platform implementation experience having attained (and maintained) CSA (Certified System Administration), 5+ CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs (e.g., ITSM, CSM and HR) with a solid understanding of how the platform works. For example (but not limited to) the different UI’s within the platform and how they are expanded, extended and enhanced by the tools we offer. They will have a keen eye for detail, eager to constantly learn aiming to expand their knowledge, being curious to try new things (as the platform is always evolving, expanding, and growing) with ever newer functionalities and capabilities. They will be a great listener acting as a voice of solution to our Customers when they most need it. This role will be both rewarding and technically challenging.
What You Get To Do In This Role
As an Enterprise Globalization Deployment Architect, you will be enabling our Customers to achieve their multi-lingual objectives with their implementations around the world,
Acting as an in-region SME on L10n capabilities in the platform, working as part of the G11n Deployment team you will clear any perceived technical hurdles for our Customers when it comes to multi-lingual implementations. Ensuring they know all the options available for their solution designs (script requirements, design considerations, process considerations etc) so that they can make the most informed decisions.
You will be able to demonstrate the various features and capabilities directly correlating to specific Customer needs to get them going faster or show how they can leverage various platform capabilities / features together as part of their design, reducing (or eliminating) the need for complex and custom customisations.
Working with our global partner ecosystem to ensure they know how to design and build their solutions in the best possible way, when it comes to multi-lingual deployments.
Present webinars, SNUG sessions, or other similar events, to educate the various stakeholder personas on what’s possible and how it can be achieved, evangelising the platform’s localization capabilities.
Assisting Customers with their support queries / cases with regards to multi-lingual implementations.
Assisting any in-flight projects with their localization Solution Design challenges to align with best-practices for implementations.
Gather feedback from Customers on their technical challenges and successes with multi-lingual implementations to help drive future enhancements / expansions / improvements in the platform as well as our implementation methodologies and our technical best-practices.
Identify, understand, and replicate reported Customer issues either providing a solution, workaround or contributing to any fixes required.
Keeping up-to-date on all new platform and product knowledge ahead of time.
Qualifications
5+ years ServiceNow multi-lingual (minimum of 5 languages in a given implementation) platform implementation experience
Demonstrable understanding of how our L10n capabilities work within the platform:
ServiceNow platform consultancy experience at a big strategy firm is ideal
5+ CIS level certs
Demonstrable ability to present (at short notice) in-front of Customers (of all levels), solutions to perceived problems based on vast platform knowledge and direct experience whilst being in-line with our best practices.
Demonstrable experience with JavaScript, XML and HTML with our API’s a must.
Fluent in English & Japanese – other languages a bonus

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
