    Job Description

    What you get to do in this role:

    • Communicate product priorities and build consensus.

    • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.

    • Collaborate with multiple teams to build product features through development and bring high-quality products to life.

    • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

    • Translate complex technical challenges into simple, actionable product requirements and solutions.

    • Develop multi-modal communication strategies tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

    • Showcase product value and capabilities through compelling demos.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 2+ years of software product management experience.

    • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.

    • Proven experience in defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a strategic product roadmap.

    • Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

    • Familiarity with AIOps concepts, such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, event correlation, and IT automation - A major plus.
